All the mobile phones we use today are network-based. From 2G to LTE (Long Term Evolution), we have come to 5G. These networks operate on a specific frequency based on satellite waves. However, Leo networks will be available in the future to go beyond these. This allows Leo technology to continue to make calls and communicate better with the data directly through the handset without the need for a SIM.

Bharat Broadband Corporation Limited will also be working on behalf of the government based on the same technology.
