Summer begins in May however, for the past five years, it has been starting much earlier, and also, the expected temperature in summer increased to 40-48 degrees. Everyone should be careful during summer, but children need to be taken even more care of because children frequently get sick during summer due to high temperatures, contaminated water, food, and soft drinks to overcome the heat.

Apart from that, some precautions are essential to spend the summer holidays happily.

As days are long and the nighttime is shorter in summer, the sun burns all day long. With some care, you can even enjoy the hottest summer.

  • Wear a hat and sunglasses for the eyes when you are out.
